Our veggies are raised with an emphasis on sustainable growing methods with minimal pesticide use. We use natural pest control methods wherever possible. We are growing a large variety of common and heirloom varieties. For example, we'll have the familiar red cherry belle radishes, but you'll also see white radishes with red on the inside! Have you ever had a white cucumber? 

Once the season starts in May, we'll be updating the Recipe Blog with Recipes, Storage Tips, Identifications, Processing and Preserving Suggestions, we're even planning to have some cooking videos ala Julia Child!  Go Figure!  :)  We'll also be updating the Farm Blog with lots of fun and interesting stories from the pasture...
